    Amazing, clean place, worth its 4 stars. The hotel has excellent co-operating staff. The location is particularly good and magnificent somehow close to new airport. Stay here and enjoy your Istanbul trip.

    Clean, exceptional value hotel, the location was perfect short walk to very near excellent shopping facilities, a shopping mall and plenty of cafes and restaurants-a highly recommended place, especially for a family and restaurants and Vadistanbul mall. The rooms with nice balcony and view.

    The warm welcome I received from the staff set a comforting tone for my stay. Upon arrival, a bellboy helped me with a wheelchair, made getting to my room hassle-free. The check-in process went smoothly, and the team demonstrated excellent English skills. Breakfast was a highlight. My table was set with juice and coffee as I arrived, and the staff, particularly Hakan, made mornings pleasant with their attentive service. The cleanliness of my One-Bedroom Apartment was commendable, a nod to the housekeeping team. The location suited me well, being close to shops and restaurants. I encountered a couple of issues. The furnishings in the room felt aged, and I noticed a couple of insects in the bathroom . The corridors also had a lingering smell, quite off-putting. Despite these drawbacks, my stay remained enjoyable due to the excellent service and lovely environment.

    The corridors on the accommodation floors had an unpleasant smell!!! A lack of drawers in the apartments was frustrating, especially for longer stays!!! Gym lights should be accessible to guests instead of requiring maintenance to activate them!!!

    The warmth of the staff made a difference. One morning breakfast, as I took in the view, my juice and coffee were already set at the table. Staff always going the extra mile.

    It wasn't exactly budget-friendly, but you know, worth every penny.

    great stay , but minor drawbacks

    The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent. The full kitchen allowed for convenient meal preparation . I loved the view from my room, where I enjoyed the skyline at sunset. Nearby, the Vadistanbul Shopping Mall made shopping trips easy.

    There was a slight lingering smell in the corridors.

    The breakfast spread was lovely, and I really enjoyed my time relaxing by the indoor pool after exploring the local cafes. The spa offered a fantastic sauna that made my days even more refreshing. Just wish the corridors had a more inviting smell, but overall, it was a great experience! 😊
